We regularly produce bespoke furniture and special fittings for Le Byblos, a luxury hotel in the heart of St Tropez. In the story of each project there are always artistic, technical and commercial dimensions, and above all a desire on the part of management to meet their customers' expectations.

The new challenge was to transform a real estate agency into a delicatessen boutique opening onto the restaurant terrace and overlooking the Byblos arcades. This limited space would feature organic produce, all kinds of condiments and spices, fine charcuterie, prestigious wines and champagnes, as well as dishes cooked by the chef and served in the restaurant, and home-made pastries created by the master chocolatier and pastry chef.

The specifications included a large refrigerated display case, storage areas, displays adapted to the products, a reception area, a cash desk... We worked with the owner, the manager and the two chefs to meet all their expectations.

We created perspectives through multiple openings, worked the light into the ceilings and furniture, imagined custom-made furniture that optimized every cm2 in a taupe and gray oak color scheme. The space has become warm and luminous, and showcases the magnificent products selected.

Before leaving, hotel guests buy gifts for their friends or take home exclusive products, Tropéziens find exceptional dishes and products for their receptions or family meals, and vacationers discover this space and adopt it for their greatest pleasure.
