OUR PROJECT
VILLA SAINT TROPEZ
An Art Deco–Vintage Touch Indoors and an Extended Living Space Outdoors
Another beautiful renovation story, born from the warm recommendation of our first Brazilian client to his friend—who became our second client.
The villa, with its subtle Californian charm, boasts a breathtaking sea view from its L-shaped terrace. However, without a canopy, it was difficult to enjoy during the peak of summer. The first idea was therefore to install a large bioclimatic pergola, transforming the terrace into a usable space year-round and creating a seamless extension of the interior: a cosy outdoor lounge and an alfresco dining area.
Once completed, the effect was immediate: our client felt as though the living space had expanded dramatically, with a perfect sense of continuity between indoors and outdoors.
Inside, the design was guided by our client’s distinctive Art Deco taste. Beyond reconfiguring the spaces, we meticulously worked on every detail—from floor to ceiling—blending wood, stone, plaster, and glass in perfect harmony. The choice of furniture, lighting, and decorative objects provided the final touches, enhancing the villa’s character and elegance.
Special attention was given to the coherence of the woodwork—from the interior doors to the central wine cellar, as well as the decorative niches and the kitchen—ensuring a refined and unified aesthetic throughout.
The master suite received particular care: its spacious bathroom with a sauna and its central walk-in dressing area were designed to highlight and elevate the villa’s Art Deco spirit.
Outdoors, the existing spaces were reimagined and redesigned for greater comfort and warmth. The outdoor lounge area, with its spectacular sea view, perfectly embodies the cosy and sophisticated atmosphere that defines the project.
