This Swiss customer, for whom we have worked in the past (connecting three houses in Port Grimaud), informed us that he would like to find a waterfront villa to renovate.

After a few searches through our network, we found an ideally located site with a view of the islands and the Fort de Brégançon.

​

The beach is below the plot, with an unobstructed view, direct access to the sand and a boat garage. The grounds are planted with beautiful trees, with no nuisance to neighbors.

​

The location is magical, but the existing 1960s house is ugly and has no pool. It will have to be completely transformed, with extensive renovation and enlargement. The land would also have to be landscaped, with an infinity pool to give the illusion of swimming in the middle of the sea, wood and stone terraces among the pine trees, and a wooden fence to secure the surrounding area.

In addition to giving the house an elegant architectural appearance, the interior design must be pure, contemporary and open to nature, so that the outside becomes an integral part of the decor.

In addition to our project management, the owner called on our German engineers to control the structure and quality of the processes, as well as the home automation.
